摘 要: | 为了使企业和管理者重视非物质激励,提高激励知识员工的有效性和针对性,通过对我国企业目前非物质激励知识员工存在的误区和问题的分析,提出了情感激励、工作激励、领导激励、创新激励、学习激励、企业文化激励等非物质激励知识员工的策略。

Abstract: | How to enhance the labor productivity of knowledge worker by non-material encouragement means is a key question of human resources management.But,our country enterprise generally exists some problems,ignoring non-mate- rial encouragement,misunderstanding the knowledge worker demand and so on.Therefore,enterprise must pay much at- tention to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge worker though non-material tactics,such as emotion,work- ing,leader,innovation,study,enterprise culture encouragement means. |
