| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆是一种特殊的文化传播场所 ,具有传播形式复杂 ,传播内容多向选择 ,传播受众多层次的特点。从而产生高校文化相互勾通 ,促使高校文化社会化并不断进化的综合功能。正因为如此 ,深化全体员工的传播意识 ;建立多层次文化机制 ;开展全方位的文化服务是当前高校图书馆适应社会主义市场经济发展需要的关键所在

| Abstract: | Library in the colleges has its peculiar features.It is characterized by the complexity of spreading forms,the multiple contents and diversified levels of readers,which makes the college culture interact and become socialized.This paper deals with the cultural transmission features of a college library,and puts forward the development strategies including strengthening the staff's sense of culture spreading,establishing a dynamic culture mechanism and offering all-round services. |
