| 摘 要： | 党中央提出的人才强国战略是新世纪抓住重要战略机遇期 ,应对日益激烈的国际人才竞争 ,实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标 ,实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要保证和根本大计。全党必须从全局和战略的高度 ,深刻领会 ,充分认识 ,坚定实施这一战略 ,坚持党管人才的原则 ,走出有中国特色的人才强国之路。

| Abstract: | The strategy of strengthening country on talent,put forward by the Party Central Committee,is an important assurance and a basic major program to seize the strategy opportunity in the new era,deal with increasing heated international talent contest,achieve magnificent aim for building Xiaokang Society in the whole country and realize the resurgence of the Chinese nation. So we must understand and carry out this strategy,keep the talent principle managed by Party and make China become a powerful talent nation with Chinese characteristic. |
