法国教育督导制度的历史、现状与特色

摘    要:法国是世界上建立教育督导制度最早的国家,在二百年的发展过程中,不断更新,锐意改革,在教育发展中发挥了独特的作用,形成了鲜明的特色教育督导系统的职能不断调整和丰富,不同层次教育督导机构的工作重点既有统一的领域又有明显的区别;教育督导制度与教育行政制度保持高度一致,教育督导工作推进的目的就是为现实的教育行政管理服务;注重高素质教育督导队伍的建设,维护教育督导在教育运行中的绝对权威性.

Abstract:France is one of the earliest countries which formed supervising system of education. During its development of more than two hundred years, it has played a special role in the educational development, and formed the following characteristics : (1) the function of educational supervising system is increasingly adjusted and improved, and the focus of all levels is both unified and different; (2) the system of educational supervision is highly in line with that of administration, and its purpose is to serve the present educational management; (3) It puts strong emphasis on the quality improvement of educational supervisors and upholding the authority of educational supervision in educational operation.
