| Abstract: | After the anti-Japan War broke out,the Chinese Communist Party established battlefield behind the enemy lines and promulgated human rights protection rules.According to the rules,all people who participated in anti-Japan war enjoyed property ownership and law protection.And the rules were also enforced in practice. |
