| Abstract: | Property autonomy is the growing base to community's democracy and self-government in cities, but now it is full of difficulties in the practical process, and expectative collectivity action often has not been made to compass. Owner committee are faced with difficulties in founding and bringing into play. The way out of puzzledom about property autonomy is to strengthen exterior interference so that the property autonomy is successfully compassed. |
