国家治理现代化目标下现代政党治理研究

将现代治理理念用于政党政治领域就是现代政党治理，它强调协调性、多元化、互动性、扁平化、规范化。要推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，一个重要前提是推进中国共产党的治理现代化，即逐步从一个传统的管理型政党向现代的治理型政党转变。要实现这一转变，就要切实推进党的观念现代化，不断推动党的组织结构扁平化，积极推进党的制度现代化，全力打造信息化政党，大力倡导包容性政党文化等。

A Research on the Modern Party Governance with the Target of Modernization of National Governance

It is the most important prerequisite of the modernization of national system and capacity to pro-mote the governance modernization of the Chinese Communist Party, namely, on the basis of their political structures and institutions to achieve a timely transition from a traditional type of“managing party” to a modern“party of governance.” To achieve this transformation, it is necessary to effectively promote the modernization of the party’s ideas, to constantly promote the party’s organizational structure flattening, to actively pursue the modernization of the party system, to spare no efforts to build a party of informatization and to advocate the in-clusive party culture.
