摘    要:当前我国许多高校正如火如荼地进行着绩效管理,然而,在实行过程中,却产生了一系列问题,并由此引发了一些困惑,虽然原因很多,但最根本的原因还在于高校绩效管理观偏移。本文在以往研究的基础上,从科学观与人文观的两种不同绩效管理观的角度,分析了我国高校绩效管理的现状及问题,从树立正确的高等绩效管理观出发,提出了“人文为先,科学为后;人文为主,科学为辅;人文为宗旨,科学为实现”的高校教师绩效管理观的执行对策。

The Present Problems and Solutions to Faculty Performance Management in Higher Educational Institutions--From the Perspectives of Science and Art Concepts
Abstract:At present,many universities and colleges in China are implementing performance management. But many problems and perplexities have arisen in its implementation.Although many causes have been found out,the core problem is the diverting of the concept of performance management in universities.Based on a large amount of preliminary work of grasping the existing research,this thesis analyzes from the perspectives of science and humanity the present problems of faculty performance management in higher educational institutions and put forwards such implementing strategies as “Humanity comes first and science second;Humanity comes as dominating philosophy,science supplementary;Humanity comes as tenet,science realization method”in dealing with the performance management in universities.
