《管子》的工程伦理思想述评

工程伦理思想是《管子》伦理思想的重要组成部分，主要包括工匠职业伦理上的“诚工”“毋作淫巧”等职业规范，职业伦理教育上的“四民分业而教”的教育模式，工程管理上的“以人为本”的伦理价值取向，以及工程与环境关系上的“人与天调”的工程伦理观。这种古代的工程伦理思想，在今天仍有重要价值。它不仅从理论上对我们立足本土文化、构建中国特色的工程伦理学有很大启示，而且对我们在实践中开展多种形式的工程伦理教育，正确处理工程与环境的关系，建设社会主义的“美丽中国”具有重要的指导意义。

Commentary on the Thoughts of Engineering Ethics in Guan Zi

Engineering ethics is an important part of the ethical thought in Guan Zi.It mainly includes the professional norms of“to be honest craftsman,”but“not to be wicked craftsmanship”in the craftsmen’s profes-sional ethics,“to teach the ‘four’people according to their different vocations”on the educational model of the professional ethics,“human-oriented”ethical values in the engineering management,and the engineering ethics view of“coordination between people and the environment”on the relationship between engineering and the envi-ronment.Today,there are still important values about this ancient thought of engineering ethics.It not only theo-retically has great revelation for us on building engineering ethics of Chinese characteristics which are based on the local culture,but also has important guiding significance for us in practice to carry out all kinds of engineering ethics education and to construct the socialism “Beautiful China”by handling the relationship between engineer-ing and the environment correctly.
