| 摘 要： | 国际私法的发展已日益呈现出国际化的趋势，这一趋势的形成有其现实基础、理论前提和外部法律环境．这种趋势表现为直接国际化和间接国际化两种情形。中国国际和法有必要以国际化为导向进一步完善和发展，这就必须抛弃传统的计划经济和属地主义束缚，投身国际私法的统一化运动。

| Abstract: | The development of international private law has been presenting an increasingly obvioustrend of internationalization .This trend has its practical basis, theoretical prerquisites as wellas the external due to the environment of laws. The presenation of this trend falls intotwo types, dired inthrnationalization and indirect internationalization. China's international private law needs to orientate its development in the direction of internationalization. Therefore,it isa must to get rid of the traditional planned economy and localism, thus to join in theunification movement of international private law. |
