| 摘 要： | 针对制度层面的党内和谐问题，分析了党内法规制度体系建设存在的问题影响着党内关系的和谐，有效的制度供给是党内关系和谐的重要基石。指出满足党内和谐的制度需求，必须加快以党章为核心的党内法规制度体系的建设。

| Abstract: | Looking at the harmonious questions in view of the system within the party, the question of the inner-party laws construction affects the harmony within the party.The effective system supply is the base of the inner-party relational harmony.To meet the need of the inner-party harmonious system,we must speed up the construction of the laws system construction within the Party as the core work,must strength to complete five works of the reform to promote the construction of the anticorruption system. |
