| Abstract: | The thinking and measures for conducting the research on the evaluation of teaching and improving the teaching management level are proposed. The applications of those thinking and measures to the practices of teaching and management result in the great achievements during the process of the four-year programmed educational evaluation initiated by the ministry of education. |
