| 摘 要： | 转型期的中国 ,经济社会结构发生了巨大变化 ,作为党的阶级基础的工人阶级 ,无论在数量上、质量上 ,还是在内部结构上 ,都正在并将继续发生重大变化 ,我们必须密切关注这些新变化 ,以调整工人阶级内部关系及加强工人阶级的团结 ,从而维护社会稳定。

| Abstract: | There are great movements in economic and social structure during the transition period in china. Great movements also can be found in working class that is the class base of CPC. We had better pay close attention to these movements so that we can adjust the inner relationship in due course and strengthen the class unity in order to maintenance the social stabilization. |
