| 摘 要： | 为了全面启动和发展西部的社会经济,制定和实施西部大开发的总体战略应该从西北各地区的实际情况出发,全面考虑西北各省间的发展差异。本文在对甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆、西藏的经济总量、经济结构、人均GDP、劳动力从业状况、教育卫生医疗水平截面分析的基础上,对西北地区社会经济发展差异进行了初步的研究。
