| Abstract: | The vulnerable infrastructural facilities are the bottlenecks that constrain the economic development in Wulin Mountain Areas. Based on the current situation in the areas, this paper maintains that only when the competitive mechanism is introduced can various of problems of the infrastructural facilities be essentially solved in Wulin Mountains. |
