| 摘 要： | 房地产业与城市化具有一种内在的协调发展关系,但在实践中,人们常常忽视了这种关系,从而导致问题凸现。速度演变规律和空间演变规律是城市化进程中的一般发展规律,而房地产业与城市化具有互促共进关系,并形成一定的同步发展规律。我国房地产业与城市化发展失调给社会经济带来了负面影响。

| Abstract: | The inherent relation between real estate industry and urbanization is harmonious development.But in fact,this relation is often ignored,which causes many questions.The velocity law and the space law is the common law during urbanization,the relation between real estate industry and urbanizaton is mutually advancing,and there has been formed a law of simultaneous development at certain degrees.However the inharmonious developments between them have already caused many negative effects to social economy. |
