| 摘 要： | 在中国特色社会主义道路的完善过程中,重庆逐渐形成以＂科学定位、用好政策、培育载体、激发活力、创新体制机制＂为内核,以＂率先发展、人本发展、健康发展、统筹发展＂为路径,以＂民生导向＂为灵魂的＂重庆科学发展模式＂。其基本经验为＂打造硬实力,扭住经济中心;提升软实力,发展先进文化;挖掘潜实力,发挥制度优势;增强凝聚力,坚持民生导向;强化创新力,提升党建水平;提高战斗力,促进共同富裕＂。它作为继往开来的发展之梯,不仅立于既往发展模式的厚度,而且承载着新的梦想与现实,向上递升新的高度。
