新生代农民工融入城市及其政策设计

新生代农民工的城市融入是我国城镇化战略的重要组成部分。采用问卷调查的研究方法,选择重庆制造业新生代农民工作为研究对象,从经济融入、社会融入、制度融入、文化心理融入四个维度来分析中西部地区新生代农民工城市融入的政策需求优先序。分析表明,新时期推进新生代农民工城市融入关键是要把以人为本、公平对待、一视同仁作为解决好新生代农民工问题的根本出发点,以稳步推进新生代农民工城市融入为方向。
