摘    要:日益市场化、现代化的企业 ,应加强经营谋略的抉择。企业必须在服从政府的目标取向的前提下 ,面对市场组织生产与经营 ,以自己优质的产品与服务适应顾客的欲求 ;具体组织经营上 ,以“营”为本 ;“科技是第一生产力”概括了 3种经济的时代内涵 ;营销思想应成为企业经营的主题 ;以合作求竞争是企业的可行之路。

Abstract:With the development of modernized and market-oriented enterprises, their sound management strategies should be singled out and heightened. Firstly, geared to the needs of market in organizing production and management, enterprises should meet the needs of customers with their high-quality products and service, which must be predicated on the subordination to the government's objetive orientation.Secondly, the organization of the specific enterprise management must be based on seeking profits. Thirdly, the idea that science and technology are the prime productive forces has summarized the connotation of three kinds of economic eras. Fourthly, the enterprise management should concentrate on marketing. Iastly, it is workable for enterprises to enter into partnership for the purpose of gaining the upper hand in competition.
