| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化与一体化以及中国成功加入WTO的背景下，供应链管理是处于日益激烈的市场竞争中的中国服装企业亟待解决的一个重要问题。文章着重介绍了牵引式供应链管理模式模型，分析了中国服装企业实施牵引式供应链管理模式的必要性，并探讨了实施中需重视的问题。

| Abstract: | With the global and integrative development of economy as well as china's entering WTO, SCM becomes a critical problem to be settled by Chinese apparel industries, which are in throat competition. The article introduced the pulled SCM model, analyzed its essentiality for Chinese apparel industries, and probed into some problems such as information management, to which much importance should be attached on carrying out it. |
