| 摘 要： | 在中国近代的大变局过程中,近代西方文化大举＂东渐＂,并与中国的传统文化发生濡化。这一文化背景对近代救灾思想的形成与发展产生了很大影响,它使近代救灾思想具有了某些现代性特征。文中从近代救灾思想的现代性特征、近代救灾思想的形成原因以及局限性三个方面进行考察,粗线条地勾勒出近代救灾思想发展的轨迹。
