网络空间的社会公正问题探究

习近平总书记在网络安全和信息化工作座谈会上强调,要建立一个风清气正的网络空间.加强网络空间治理,需要我们特别关注网络空间的社会公正问题.互联网一方面推动了社会公正事业的发展,网络空间的自由性赋予亿万网民以平等的起点和平等的机会,网络参政和网络反腐推动了社会主义民主的发展.但是,另一方面,网络也催生了一些新的社会不公现象.维护网络社会的公正,需要我们从道德和法治上加强网络监管,也需要我们贯彻以人民为中心的共享发展理念,用社会主义核心价值观引领多元的网络文化.

Research on the Social Justice in Cyberspace

Secretary general Xi Jinping stressed on the central web forum that in order to create a delicate air space network, and to strengthen the governance of cyberspace, we need to pay special attention to the issue of social justice in cyberspace. In the network space, the development of the cause of social justice and the freedom of the cyberspace was promoted. However, on the other hand, the internet also produces a number of new social unjust phenomenon. To maintain the justice of the social network we need to strengthen regulatory network from the rule of morality and law. We also need to regard people as the center of the sharing development concept, and to guide multi network culture with socialist core value view.
