| 摘 要： | 民族地区小康社会建设是一个全面的系统工程,民族法制建设是其重要内容.在实现小康的过程中,民族地区的法制建设表现出自己的特点.应科学认识民族法与普通法的关系,注重民族立法,加强行政执法,提高法律意识.在具体对策上必须重点突出,应重视"非正规化"的法制建设,处理好党的民族政策与国家法律的关系,树立科学的法治观,提高法制宣传的水平.

| Abstract: | Building a well-off society in ethnic areas is a comprehensive and systematic project,legal system construction is an important component of it and it should have its own features.It is necessary to view the relationship between national law and common law from the scientific perspective,put emphasis on national legislation and strengthening law enforcement,stress "irregular" legal system construction,deal with the relationship between the Party's policies toward minorities and national law properly and set up a scientific concept of rule of law. |
