| 摘 要： | 法律援助作为一项保障社会弱势群体合法权益的重要工作。城市化过程中的失地农民得到了较为合理的失地补偿,但合法权益保护不足,不能够获得全面的法律保障。失地农民合法权益保护法律援助存在问题,需要引起足够的重视,以找出相应的对策措施来解决。

| Abstract: | Lawful aid is an important task for protecting legal rights of weak social group.In the process of urbanization,the land-lost peasants obtain relatively reasonable compensation,however,the protection of the legal rights of the peasants is not enough and the peasants can not obtain all-round protection by laws,thus,there are some problems in lawful aid to the protection of legal rights of land-lost peasants and the corresponding measures should be made. |
