作为大学风向标的大学理念,始终处于传统继承与时代创新的交汇点。站位新的起点,从知识教育到文化素质教育理念;从以教学为中心到教学、科研相统一理念;从管理育人到文化育人理念;从教书育人到学、研、产三足鼎立理念;从闭关自守到国际化理念等五个维度,回首改革开放三十年我国大学理念转变与发展轨迹。进一步探究我国高等教育大改革、大发展、大提高的跨越式发展经验,进而总结提炼大学理念对当代大学发展的启示,以期对建设高等教育强国有所裨义。

On the Change in Concept of University and Its Enlightenment Since the Reform and Opening Up

The concept of a university as a university of wind vane has constantly been the meeting point for the traditional inheritance and time innovation.This research,from a new starting point,based on five dimensions of changes,which are from knowledge education to cultural quality education,from teaching center to the unity of teaching and research,from the management and education to cultural education,from the idea of only teaching and educating people to the three pillars of the science,research,and production,and from focusing only on providing education domestically to promoting internationalization,looks back on the concept changes and the development path of China＇s universities in three decades of reforming and opening up.Then,we will explore the development experience leaps and bounds of China＇s higher education and gain contemporary enlightenment from the development course of the idea of the university.We expect these will have important theoretical and practical value for constructing a powerful nation in the field of higher education under a new background.
