摘    要:借助创新创业平台,自行设计、研发、制作了一套"过程控制技术及系统集成"课程的实验装置。该装置以西门子PLC为控制器、电动调节阀为执行器,液位测量变送器、压力测量变送器和流量测量变送器为检测仪表,借助触摸屏作为人机交互手段,能完成液位、压力、流量等十个设计性实验。其特点是:实用性强、可开发性强、性价比高,特别适合做设计性和综合性实验。该实验装置的研制,弥补了实验装置的不足。

Abstract:A set of experimental device for the course of " Process Control Technology and System Integration" with Siemens PLC as the controller,electric regulating valve as the actuator,liquid level measurement transducer,pressure measurement transducer and flow measurement transducer as the gauge and a touch panel for man-machine interaction was designed,developed and built by means of the innovation and entrepreneurship education platform,on which 10 design experiments,e. g. liquid level,pressure and flow,etc. can be performed. As a supplement to existing experimental equipment,the device features high practicality, developability and a high performance cost ratio, and fit for design and comprehensive experiments.
