| 摘 要： | 新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓄势待发,教育和学校正处于形态变革阶段。高校服装与服饰设计专业教学面临改革,服装行业对人才需求提出了更高、更严苛的标准。吉林省转型高校服装与服饰设计专业人才培养应以“就业需求”为导向,构建“产教融合”工作室制人才培养模式,着力提高学生的设计创新与工艺技术的综合能力。

| Abstract: | When science and technology and industry are ready for a new round of revolution,education and schools are also under a fundamental change.To meet the higher demands over workers by the industry,the specialties of fashion and costume design in application-oriented universities in Jilin Province should try to build a talent cultivation mode based on"industry-education integrating"studio system so as to improve students'capabilities of design innovation and technical skill. |
