| 摘 要： | 创业资源是创业者顺利开展创业活动的必备要素与前提条件。影响大学生创业能力的主要相关资源有教育教学资源、政策资源、实践实训资源、社会互联网资源。大学生发展创业能力,需要遵循大学生创业能力发展机制的规律,而大学生创业能力发展机制主要包括普及式、精英式并行的实践育人体系,多学科、多课堂的融合互动教学体系,区域化、多样化的政策文化体系,协同合作、互动共生的社会促进体系。

| Abstract: | Resources,including those concerning education and teaching,policies,practical training and social networking,may influence university students'capabilities of starting up their own businesses because these are necessary prerequisites for a startup founder.To develop students'capability,universities should have to follow the objective rules of the developmental mechanism for the capability which involves a practical training system oriented to both universal and elite education,an inter-disciplinary and multiple-classroom integrated interactive teaching system,a diversified regional policy cultural system and a social promotion system featuring coordinated interactive cooperation. |
