Therefore,university students ’ difficulty in job placement arouses common social concern due to the imbalance of demand and supply in job market as a result of the sharp rise of the number of university graduates. In the paper below,an analysis was made of the characteristics and causes of the great mental stress that,among various factors,is believed to be responsible for the difficulty said above as well as some solutions,which will help university students in job market.
