A major means for many cities to build their images,which reveals a city's comprehensive strength,is to hold sports events and arouse people's interest in sports activities so as to make them more appealing and attractive to the needed talents and outsiders.For example,the triathlon and several other events in the past few years have helped a lot with Daqing's international exchanges and city image building.In the paper below,methods like literature review,survey and logic analysis were employed to analyze the city's success in image improvement via the triathlon and other events,aiming to provide some valuable references for the city's further development.
