摘    要:以草炭土为原料,添加不同比例的玉米秸秆、菌渣配制成复合栽培基质,研究不同基质对番茄育苗的影响。通过测定栽培基质的理化性质以及番茄幼苗的生长发育情况筛选适宜的栽培基质配方。结果表明:处理T2的理化性能均符合栽培基质要求,该基质条件下的番茄幼苗出芽率为97.1%、茎高为14.8cm、茎粗为0.17cm、叶绿素含量为1.24 mg/g,番茄幼苗生长状况优于其它处理,该混合基质可替代土壤用于育苗栽培。

Abstract:A study was made of the effects upon tomato seedlings of the substrates made of peat soil mixed with corn stalk and fungus residue in different proportion to pick out an appropriated formula via determining the physical and chemical properties of substrates and the growth of seedlings.The result shows that T2,on which tomato seedlings grows better than on other substrates with budding rate at 97.1%,stalk height at 14.8cm,stalk diameter at 0.17 and chlorophyll content at 1.24mg/g,can serve as a substitution for soil for seedling cultivating as it meets the requirements for cultivating substrate in chemical and physical properties.
