| 摘 要： | 高职扩招对高等职业学校辅导员提出新挑战。本研究采用“访谈法”和“问卷调查法”相结合的方式,了解高等职业学校辅导员胜任力现状、存在问题,剖析辅导员胜任力特征和存在问题的原因,提出破解问题的策略和途径:辅导员层面要主观努力,自觉提升胜任力,为做好大学生思想政治教育工作不断充电;学校层面要从氛围营造、政策鼓励、加强培训等方面采取措施,切实提升辅导员胜任力。

| Abstract: | To cope with the new challenge of expansion of higher vocational education for the counselors from higher vocational schools,a study was made of current status and problems of their competency as well as the features and causes of the problems of their competency to propose the following solutions,including counselors'self-improvement of competency at ideological and political education and schools'encouragement,training programs and atmosphere. |
