| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国企业的外部竞争环境经历了从计划与市场并存的过渡阶段,到社会主义市场经济体制初步建立阶段,再到社会主义市场体制经济完善阶段。同中国企业战略环境的变迁相匹配,中国企业战略也经历了防守型战略阶段、进攻型战略阶段和分析型战略阶段。在计划和市场并存的过渡型环境阶段,中国企业更多地是对外部政策环境的被动适应,在政策不断宽松的前提下获得相应的各项权力。在社会主义市场经济体制初步建立环境阶段,中国企业面对日益凸现的市场机会,更多的是对外部环境进行积极的回应,采取了主动出击的做法。在社会主义市场经济体制完善阶段,无论是国有企业的战略性调整,还是民营企业的战略转型,都体现了战略分析导向这一特征。

| Abstract: | Recent years,core capabilities,dynamic capabilities were proposed by western scholars and these new concepts greatly promoted firm capability research and make it become one of the most frontal theories.This article traces how it developed and generalizes some common topics and research approaches through literature review.Based on this,we made some discussion about the gap,so that we can get enlighten from it. |
