试论明清长芦盐业重心的北移

长芦盐业自“汉以来率皆注重沧州”,沧州不仅是“盐产中心”,而且为“盐运总汇之区”,管理长芦盐业的机构———长芦盐运司又驻其地,因此,直至明中叶,长芦盐业的重心一直在沧州。但明中叶以降,长芦盐业的重心逐渐北移,到清代,天津则取代沧州成为长芦盐业的重心。运道的变迁和晒盐技术的推广是长芦盐业重心北移的关键。

Demonstrate the Northward Move of The Changlu Salt Industry Center in The Ming And Qing Dynasty

The Changlu salt industry had been centralized in Cangzhou since the Hai Dynasty to Mid-Ming-Cangzhou was not only the"salt product center",but also the"central district of salt transportation",and also the Changlu salt transportation bureau-the executive organization of Changlu salt industry,was located in Cangzhou.So Cangzhou was the center of Changlu salt industry until the metaphase of Ming Dynasty.But after the metaphase of Ming Dynasty,the center of Changlu salt industry moved northward.Tianjin replaced Cangzhou and become the center of the industry.The change of the transportation route and the widely use of sunning salt technique were the main reason for that movement.
