| 摘 要： | "以危险方法危害公共安全罪"中"危险方法"应理解为与放火、决水、爆炸、投放危险物质的危险性相当的、足以危害公共安全的方法.本文在界定了"危险方法"的含义与本质特征后,对如何认定"危险方法"进行了分析与论证,并且对最高人民法院的一个相关司法解释进行了理论上的初步探讨.

| Abstract: | In this paper the author defines dangerous means in the crime of endangering public security by the dangerous means as one whose dangerous degree is equal to that of incendiaries, destruction of dam, explosion and the delivery of dangerous articles. After defining its basic features, it proceeds to analyze and demonstrate how to identify dangerous means. And then the author makes a preliminary theoretical probe into a related judicial interpretation proposed by the Supreme People's Court. |
