科学技术的发展,促进了供应链时代的到来,这在一定程度增强了企业的市场竞争力,同时也伴随着资源枯竭、环境污染等问题。绿色供应链管理虽然可缓解这些问题,但目前还存在一些观念、制度等方面的障碍。而科学规划作先导,引导企业文化,正确引导绿色消费,将BPR与绿色供应链管理相结合,加大认证力度等措施可以解决绿色供应链管理中存在的问题,提高实施绿色供应链的效率,促进企业和社会的可持续发展。

To Set Up the Green Supply Chain Within Economy-Type Society

Technical development in science promotes the coming of the supply chain age.While this enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise to some extent,it causes such problems as resource exhaustion and environmental pollution.It is important to explore the green supply chain that adapts to the environment and resources condition,and promotes the enterprise culture to keep on the development.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the traditional supply chain management,this article introduces the core contents of the green supply chain management,analyzes the difficulty of putting it into practice,and puts forward some suggestions to put the management of green supply chain into practice effectively in our country.
