图书馆人力资源管理的新突破

摘    要:在知识经济逐渐全球化的今天,图书馆已经成为人们日常生活不可或缺的一部分,对经济的发展、人文精神的发扬起到举足轻重的作用。图书馆事业的发展直接关系到人的自我完善与社会的和谐发展。图书馆事业要发展,人力资源管理是瓶颈。以往图书馆人力资源管理存在很多不科学、不完善的地方,本文即针对这些已经存在的问题进行分析,并对如何实现图书馆人力资源管理效益的最大化进行探讨与分析。

Abstract:In the days of the gradual globalization of intellectual Economy,library has become an irreplaceable part in our daily Life,which is of utmost significance to the economic delevopment and the foster of human culture.The de- velopment of library undertaking is related directly to the selfimprovement of the individual and the harmouious devel- opment of the whole society.For the development of library undertaking,the management of human resourcesis cru- cial.In the past,the management of human resources is not sentific and well developed.The present paper will analize these existed problems and make an inquire and an in-depth analysis into the relization of the maximum profits of the management of huaman resources.
