| 摘 要： | 农业作为基础产业在国民经济发展中战略地位突出,农村金融作为支持农业发展的支柱力量越来越显得重要。为了解决农村金融发展问题,多年来国家出台了一系列政策措施鼓励涉农金融机构做大做强。但是,由于多方面原因,目前的农村金融并不能满足农村经济发展的需要,农村金融改革必须进行多维度突破。
