| 摘 要： | 随着各大高校实验室建设步伐的不断加快,如何提高实验室建设的管理水平,从而保 证实验教学的质量,成为了各大高校实验管理部门急需解决的问题。文章通过对项目管理在 北航实验室建设中的应用研究,阐述了实验室建设实施项目管理的具体内容与实施方法。
