| 摘 要： | 从经济法视角探讨现有农村土地征用法律制度,指出目前存在公共利益界定模糊、土地补偿费受益者不确定、救济措施不完善等土地征用法律问题,根据《土地管理法》、《物权法》等相关法律规定,提出明晰公共利益的界限、完善征地程序、制定规划目录、建立征用土地回归制度,兼顾程序公平与实质公平建议,从根本上完善农村土地征用法律制度。
