| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的日益深入,大学生就业问题越来越受到社会的普遍关注,大学生的职业生涯规划也日益显示其重要性.但目前很多高校对大学生职业生涯规划还没有给予足够重视,对大学生的职业生涯规划教育还有待加强.本文论述了大学生职业生涯规划的现实意义,对当前大学生职业生涯规划的现状进行分析,对加强大学生职业生涯规划指导提出了建议.
