| 摘 要： | 学生管理工作水平的高低是衡量一个学校综合实力的重要标准。高校是大学生思想道德教育的主要阵地，对大学生树立集体主义价值观负有责无旁贷的使命。将工业、企业管理方法中的模块化管理理念运用于大学生集体主义教育中，是创新高校思想政治教育教学方式的一种探索。
