| 摘 要： | 技术创新的伦理问题主要表现在理论与现实两个层面。伦理规约技术创新的目标,是实现人与自然、人与社会、人与自我的和谐以及人类的可持续生存与发展;伦理规约技术创新的途径,是技术创新主体的自身修养、社会力量的制约、政府部门的规约等。

| Abstract: | Ethical issues in technological innovation are both theoretical and practical.The goal of ethical regulation of technological innovation is to achieve harmony of man and nature,man and society,man and itself,and realize the sustainable development of human race.Ethical regulation of technological innovation can be realized by self-cultivation of the subject of technological innovation,conditioning from social power,and regulation of governmental departments. |
