基于PSoC的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:从软硬件上详细介绍了一种基于PSoC的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器的实现方式.有效运用可编程片上系统优势,从电机启动开始,到电子换相、各保护电路,提出可行的解决方案.在原有的反电势过零检测基础上,做出硬件改良,可在电机转速低的情况下有效地改善反电势难以检测的问题,还可以避免电机转速高时由于反电势幅值过高可能造成的电路损坏.

Abstract:This paper presented a control system of sensorless brushless DC motor based on PSoC in software and hardware. Through effective using the advantages of the PSoC, the feasible solution was put forward from the motorstart to the electronic commutation and each protection circuit. This system improved the hard- ware circuit based on the original method of back EMF zero - crossing detection, effectively improving the problem of ditiqculty to detect when the motor is at low speed, which also can avoid the damage of the motor and circuit when the electric potential amplitude is too high at high speed.
