摘    要:利用石蜡切片和光学显微技术,对重楼属(Paris)的3种植物——七叶一枝花(P.polyphylla)、宽叶重楼(P.polyphylla var.latifolia)和狭叶重楼(P.polyphylla var.stenophylla)进行解剖学研究.结果表明:三者根的横切面结构明显不同,宽叶重楼的维管柱内有髓存在,七叶一枝花根中木质部为六原型,宽叶重楼和狭叶重楼皮层较窄,具有发达的通气组织;3个种根状茎横切面均有异常结构,分泌腔数目有差异;维管束的类型不同;茎部结构基本一致,但宽叶重楼和狭叶重楼茎均具有复表皮;叶的横切面结构特点主要表现在构成表皮的细胞形态上各具特点.

Abstract:Using paraffin section and light microscopic technology, anatomical structure on three species of Paris, P. polyphyUa, P. polyphylla var. latifolia, P. polyphylla var. stenophylla, were investigated. The results showed that the transverse section of three plants roots has significant difference. The pith was found in vascular cylinder of P. polyphylla vat. latifolia, and the root xylem of P. polyphylla is hexarch. In addition, the character of narrow cortex was found in P. polyphylla var. latifolia and P. polyphylla var. steno- phylla. The transections of rhizomes of three species have the anomalous structure with different numbers of exudation cavity. The types of vascular bundle are differences. The structure of stem is pretty much the same, but P. polyphyUa var. latifolia and P. polyphylla var. stenophylla, have multiple epidermis. The transverse section of leaf mainly manifest in that the cellular forming epidermis have its own morphological feature.
