摘    要:研究轻稀土氧化物(CeO2、La2O3、Nd2O3)及重稀土氧化物(Y2O3)对YGIO硬质合金组织和机械性能的影响,并对稀土在硬质合金中的分布状态及作用机理进行探讨.结果表明,轻稀土氧化物的加入可提高合金的密度,重稀土氧化物的加入对提高合金抗弯强度有利,随稀土含量的增加,合金硬度下降.

Abstract:The influence of light rare earth oxides (CeO2, La2O3, Nd2O3 ) and heavy rare earth oxide (Y2O3) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of YG10 cemented carbides were studied. The distributions of rare earth elements in cemented carbides and the acting mechanism of rare earth elements were discussed. The results indicate that the density of cemented carbides was increased after adding light rare earth oxide and the bending strength was increased after adding heavy rare earth oxide, but the hardness was reduced with the rare earth oxides increasing.
