| 摘 要： | 文章在介绍BOT融资方式的基础上，分析了BOT作为大型基础设施建设融资的优点，根据我国目前的经济发展水平和政府的财政实力，认为BOT可以作为目前我国大型体育场馆建设有效的融资方式，为大型体育设施的兴建和维护找到了一条新路。

| Abstract: | Based on the BOT mode of financing , this paper analyse the adventages of BOT as a large - scale construction financing. According to the current Chinese economic development level and the government＇ s financial strength that the BOT can be used to finance for Chinese large coliseum construction, therefore, a new path for the construction of large coliseum has been found. |
