论公司的社会责任

公司已成为社会经济中最基本的市场主体和最重要的经济力量。文章探讨了公司社会责任的定义、内容和公司承担社会责任的必要性；并结合我国公司社会责任现状，在借鉴国外公司社会责任立法的基础上，就我国公司法的修改提出相应的建议。

Nowadays company has become the main part and the most important economic strength in social economy. The paper illustrates the concept , contents and necessity of company＇s social responsibility. Combining these with the current situation of company＇s social responsibility in our country,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions of the modification of our country＇s company law on the basis of the lessons drwn from the relevant legislation of foreign countries.
