| 摘 要： | 当今世界，节能和环保已成为人类发展的主题，建筑能耗大约为全社会商品能耗的30％，节能潜力很大。文章通过调查农村建筑用能、节能状况，结合现代建筑节能发展水平，针对性地提出实施农村建筑节能的应对措施。

| Abstract: | In today＇s world, energy--saving and environmental protection have become the theme of human development. Building energy consumption is about 30% of that of the whole socity＇s commodities, and there are great potentials in energy--saving. By investigating the construction of rural energy, energy--saving situation, combined with modern energy--saving building development levels, put forward the implementation of rural energy construction. |
