| 摘 要： | 社会保障制度是社会稳定的“安全网”，要做到老有所养，只有通过养老保险制度的完善，才能实现社会的安定，才能使广大人民群众感受到社会的温暖。但是我国现行的养老保险制度还存在许多问题，笔者试图通过对我国养老保险制度的分析研究，提出完善这项制度的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | The system of social security is the ＂safety net＂ of social stability. Only through the perfection of the old--age insurance system, can we realize the stability of society and make the majority of the people feel the warmth of it, thus securing the benefits of the aged. However, there are still many problems in our existing old--age insurance system. Through research and analysis of the old--ge insurance system of our country, we hereby put forward the countermeasures to improve it. |
